Who owns the files?

Once delivered, the project files are yours to keep forever. Plus Capture clients also receive the higher-fidelity PLY format for broader software compatibility.

What happens if weather prevents flying?

We'll simply reschedule your capture at no additional cost. Your next default capture date will be set by you.

How often do you capture sites?

Your site will be captured each week on the same day by default. We can also do other intervals (such as biweekly or fortnightly) upon request.

Is the first capture really free?

Yes, the first 3D model we create for you is completely complementary, free of charge, and cancel anytime. If you need another reason to try this system other than that it will save you time, stress, and money, it won't cost you any either!

Where do you operate?

We are a Queensland-based business that services sites in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

What are your site annotations?

Site annotations are any notes, labels, or supporting media that are added to your site model. Our Construction Sample 2 includes annotations for your reference, which you can view by clicking on the icons. Annotations are Plus Capture only.
