I started NeRFly3D in 2024 after noticing the same gap across very different industries: construction sites, real estate listings, marinas, and event venues were all still being documented the old way — static photos, handheld video, or one-off drone surveys that go stale the moment they're taken — while the technology that could do better stayed locked behind enterprise budgets and multi-week turnarounds.

NeRF (Neural Radiance Field) Gaussian splatting technology changes that math. It produces a sharper, more navigable 3D model, days faster than traditional mapping, at a fraction of the cost — often thousands of dollars less — with a lighter footprint too. And because a site can be recaptured over time, it isn't just a one-off asset: it becomes an ongoing record, letting construction teams track progress week to week and catch issues before they get expensive, while giving agents, brokers, and planners a model that helps close the sale.

That's the whole idea behind NeRFly3D: one capture technology built to do two different jobs well — make a space look its best when you're selling it, and keep a job site honest when you're building it.
