Terms and Conditions of Service

By signing up for a service with NeRFly3D, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Throughout this document, the terms 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to NeRFly3D as a business.

The term 'subject' refers to the location that you (as our client) have requested us to 3D model.

The term 'client' refers to anyone who has agreed to make a transaction with NeRFly3D.

Service Details

The following section outlines the full extent of the product and its details that you will receive as a client of NeRFly3D.

For each service, the final product will be sent to you via either email or SMS in the form of a URL link. You can choose your preferred delivery method; if not specified, it will be sent via SMS by default. The 3D model can only be accessed via this URL. You can download a file-converted version of the 3D model; however, you cannot download the 3D model as it appears on the online viewing platform due to technological limitations. This link can then be embedded on your website or used for other purposes.

We must collect data of the site, which involves flying a drone over the property, occasionally at a relatively close range (this range varies from property to property). Footage of surrounding areas may also be captured and included in the 3D models, though not in as high a quality as the subject site.

NeRFly3D retains the rights to all raw footage and captured data. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final 3D model for personal or business purposes. The model may not be resold or reused by other entities without written consent from NeRFly3D.

The data is processed through AI software that converts it into an interactive 3D model using Neural Radiance Field and Gaussian Splatting technology. NeRFly3D stores all data captured by our drones but does not store the 3D models themselves; these can only be accessed through the provided link.

Pricing

The following section outlines how our services are priced.

We offer a free trial system in which we create three free 3D models of properties of your choice so you can assess how our services fit into your marketing toolkit. Any 3D models created on our own initiative for you do not count toward this number. Only 3D models that you request will count toward the three free ones each new client is granted.

We charge a standard flat rate of $500 per 3D model of a property. However, if you refer a new client who signs up for our services, you will receive a $200 discount per model, reducing the price to $300 per model. This discount applies for your next five models before reverting to the standard $500 per model. The referred client does not receive any free trials of our service. The discount applies only after your referred client completes a paid transaction with NeRFly3D. You may refer multiple clients, with each new referral granting you an additional five models at the discounted rate of $300.

Product Guarantees

The following section outlines the conditions of our product guarantees, including product quality and delivery speed.

NeRFly3D strives to deliver the highest-quality product possible. However, we cannot guarantee 100% consistent quality across all 3D models. Quality may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions at the time of data collection, complex features of the subject, nearby obstructions (e.g., trees or buildings), or the drone pilot's operation. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that your 3D model may have some quality variations. If you are dissatisfied with your model, you may request a refund within five days of receiving it. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, stating the reason for dissatisfaction.

NeRFly3D advertises sub-48-hour product delivery. This timeframe applies unless we notify you otherwise before the 48-hour period expires. We reserve the right to delay your service due to external circumstances, such as weather conditions or power outages, that prevent timely delivery. While we strive to meet our advertised delivery times, we do not guarantee all services will be delivered within 48 hours. NeRFly3D is not responsible for any losses resulting from service delivery delays.
